Saint Nicolas est \u00e0 la fois le nom du village et du vin rouge qu\u2019il produit. Nous sommes \u00e0 l\u2019ouest de la France, sur les bords de la Loire, au c\u0153ur d\u2019un parc naturel, juste sous la for\u00eat et au dessus\u00a0 des caves troglodytiques. Tous les habitants vivent au rythme des saisons et du travail de la vigne. Lieu de vie et lieu de culture ne faisant qu\u2019un nous avons fait le choix commun de soigner notre environnement. Solidaires, nous savons collectivement prot\u00e9ger notre vignoble. Nous maintenons encore \u00e0 ce jour l\u2019une des derni\u00e8res structures ind\u00e9pendantes d\u2019achat de fourniture.\u00a0Nous choisissons ensemble des m\u00e9thodes alternatives moins invasives\u00a0de bio-contr\u00f4le. C\u00e9page essentiellement fran\u00e7ais, c\u2019est sur la c\u00f4te Atlantique qu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9panouit,\u00a0 de l\u2019Aquitaine au Val de Loire. Sa finesse aromatique, sa belle structure lui donnent tant les attributs d\u2019un vin convivial, d\u00e9licat et fruit\u00e9 qu\u2019un vin de garde profond, aux tanins fondus. Quasiment exclusif dans la composition de nos vins de Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil (95%), toutes les nuances se jouent dans les parcelles et dans les caves de nos quelques cent vignerons.<\/p>\n

Le village compte 3 terroirs\u00a0 bien distincts, qui \u00a0chacun a leur tour regroupe une diversit\u00e9 de sous-sols. L\u2019enjeu de l\u2019originalit\u00e9 et de la typicit\u00e9 de chacun de nos vins est l\u00e0.
