We have a passion for each individual terroir which we express in several different wines. Quality is always foremost in our minds, so we harvest the grapes by hand and have just been certified organic. Our Cuvée de Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil comes from a parcel planted on sandy soil. After vinification, we obtain a wine which is aromatic and easy drinking when young and can also be laid down for one to three years. It is perfect with hot starters and simple meat dishes. Drink at a temperature of between 13° and 14°.
