In the local dialect, the name (Delanoue) is very typical of the region. However, according to the family tree, the family originally came from Anjou (a province close to Touraine). My father Claude (son, grandson and great-grandson of winegrowers) hailed originally from Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and came to Restigné in 1964 to marry my mother Josette, née Galbrun (another local name). I took over the operation in 1999 and, with the help of my parents, it became a limited liability agricultural holding (EARL).
