Caroline and her husband David took over the family business in October 2017 and would love to introduce you to their Anjou and Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil wines:
first our Cuvée Martin, a dry fruity Anjou white with pear on the nose, before we transport you back to summer with our Cabernet d’Anjou, a medium-sweet rosé with blood peach (pêche de vigne) aromas. We also have different vintages of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil red: Cuvée Simon is light, fruity and very moreish, while our Cuvée Vieille Vigne (old vines) is smoother and more full-bodied, displaying the characteristics of our appellation terroir. We will end on an extravagant note with “Symphonie de Bulles”, a Crémant de Loire which is fruity with an explosion of bubbles on the palate.
Our motto is simplicity and good humour.
