Pascal and Alain Lorieux cultivate their Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and Chinon vineyards sustainably. The grapes from the individual terroirs in each appellation are vinified separately to let the nuances shine through in the finished wines, which are sold both in France and on the export market.
The brothers would love you to visit their Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and Cravant les Côteaux wineries to taste their wines. The former can be found at the east entrance to Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil.
Some of the vines for this appellation are located at the foot of the wooded slopes in the north-west of the community and the remainder are in the east, on the gravel terrace which separates Bourgueil from Saint Nicolas

Very close to the confluence of the rivers Loire and Vienne, the estate is situated at the most westerly point of Touraine, 20 minutes from Saumur and 40 minutes from Tours and Angers.
We currently have 20 hectares of vines, 12 in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and 8 in Chinon (Cravant les Côteaux).
A winery is located close to the vines in each appellation to ensure the grapes are transported as quickly and efficiently as possible at harvest time.
