La Chevallerie is known for its well-rounded, elegant Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil wines. In the hardest frost or hottest sunshine, we traverse our land all year round keeping a close eye on our vines. This is hard work but it allows us to produce characterful wines which reflect our ethos as winemakers and farmers. All our wines are single varietal. The Loire’s iconic grape – the Cabernet Franc – finds full expression on our fabulous gravel terroir to reveal the flavours and aromas unique to Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil.
