It was my grandfather Martial who established the vineyards in 1947 with a mere 25 ares at Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. My father Jean-Claude took over from him in the 1970s. He expanded the estate then excavated a cellar and built a winery. I took over the reins in 2007.
