We decided to commit together to a number of programmes, the first serving the vineyards. We are going to commission a 3-year soil study to gain a better understanding of the different component parts of the terroir.
Alongside this, we are stepping up our environmental action in the vineyards with the same spirit of cooperation.
To reinforce this initiative, we have taken on a new identity: cool and classy.
We may be a small, lesser-known appellation, but our wines are hugely popular. Our “Unique en Loire” signature says it all.
